Hadi Lotfi received the M.Sc. degree from the Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2015, focusing on microelectronics and integrated circuit design. From 2013 to 2017, he has been working with the Microelectronic-Integrated Circuits Design Group in industry as a Circuit Design Engineer. From Jun 2017 to Sep 2018, he joined the University of Pavia, AIC Lab, Italy as a research assistant focusing on D-Band Power Amplifier in SiGe BiCMOS Technology. In Oct 2018, he started working towards the Ph.D. in Microelectronics and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) at Institute of Smart Sensors, University of Stuttgart, under the supervision of Prof. Jens Anders. His research activity is focused on the design of mm-Wave CMOS/BiCMOS Transceiver for wireless applications, NMR and Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy.
