New U.R.S.I. Germany commission C chair

Our team member André was elected as the chair of the commission C Radio Communication Systems and Signal Processing of the German U.R.S.I. chapter (U.R.S.I. Landesausschuss in Deutschland e. V.), which is a "Member Commitee" of the Union Radio-Scientifique Internationale (U.R.S.I.). He succeeds Jens, who held the position for many years.
